We work with customers to design and implement solutions that deliver the business outcomes they need to reach their own goals and objectives.• Job Duties:: Consult with senior leadership, as needed, to assess the learning needs development programs to correspond to these needs. • Conduct needs assessment and learning programs analysis to ensure conformity with organizations mission, strategic plan, and focus on customer service – both internal and external. • Conduct performance-based measurement assessment for objective evaluation of instructional programs. • Involve in the complete life cycle of the project, from the requirements phase to production phase • Knowledge on Agile and Waterfall methodologies which have to be incorporated o the trainees. • Create presentation layer using the Angular Js framework with JavaScript • Research, plan, organize, and conduct training programs for its employees in the Information Technology area particularly the training required in the software development. • Write reports to summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. • Work on configuring Jenkins and git for every release • Continually evaluate learning programs to monitor and analyze effectiveness, to make recommendations for appropriate changes, and to update the training programs as needed. • Analyze corporate intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings indicating threats to security of people, assets, information, or infrastructure. • Design, implement, and deliver learning programs for Information Technology workers. • Design and develop materials for new and existing courses to support leadership, management and support staff using various delivery channels integrating learning principles. Examples of delivery channels include instructor led (classroom and web-based) and self-paced (including learning delivery) • Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, or workshops. • Participate in external business continuity management organizations and keep abreast of industry best practices and trends • Develop training materials; Train personnel in organizational or compliance procedures. • Maintain and update organization information technology applications and network systems blueprints. • Develop contingency plans to deal with organizational emergencies. • Maintain learning & development records and create reports as needed. • Skills • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication abilities Technical Skills:: Workplace Delivery & Migration, Service Now Implementation & enhancement, Office 365 Implementation & Migration, AWS (Cloud Technologies), Identity Access Management, VM ware – Digital Business Transformation, Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, UBUNTU), C, Java, JavaScript, Jira, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, GIT, CVS, Junit, Oracle, MySQL Education and Experience:: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • Familiar with the installation and management of middleware tools (apache tomcat, WebSphere) • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong analytical skills
